Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the SimplyPark app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

SimplyPark is a marketplace that lets drivers discover and book parking spaces listed by hosts. We facilitate the booking and payment; the parking space itself is provided by the host.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use SimplyPark.

3. Bookings & payments

Parking is paid for in advance through our payment partner Razorpay at the time of booking. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable fees and taxes as displayed at checkout.

4. SimplyPark Wallet

The SimplyPark Wallet is a closed-loop balance that can be used only to pay for parking on SimplyPark. It is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account. Refunds are credited to your Wallet.

5. Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel free of charge until 1 hour before your slot start time. If you cancel within 1 hour of the start, 50% of the amount is charged and the remainder is refunded to your Wallet. If a host cancels a confirmed booking, you receive a full refund.

6. Overstay

If you stay beyond your booked slot (past a short grace period), an hourly overstay charge applies and is collected from your Wallet at check-out.

7. Hosts

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listing and for honouring confirmed bookings. Host earnings are paid out to the verified bank account provided during onboarding, subject to applicable taxes (including TDS where required).

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt fraud, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

SimplyPark facilitates parking bookings between drivers and hosts. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the condition of a space, disputes between users, or loss or damage to vehicles or property.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
