Frequently asked

How do I pay for parking?+

By UPI, card, or net banking via Razorpay, or straight from your in-app SimplyPark wallet. We never store your full card details — they're handled by our RBI-authorised payment partner.

How do refunds and cancellations work?+

Cancel more than an hour before your slot for a full refund. Within an hour of the start time, 50% is refunded and the rest is charged. All refunds are credited instantly to your SimplyPark wallet.

Can I withdraw my wallet balance?+

The SimplyPark wallet is a closed-loop balance used to pay for parking on SimplyPark only. It's non-transferable and can't be withdrawn to a bank account, in line with RBI guidance.

What if I stay longer than I booked?+

There's a short grace period. Beyond it, a fair hourly overstay charge applies and is settled automatically from your wallet at check-out — so the bay is freed up for the next driver.

How do I list my parking space?+

Tap "Rent out your space" in the app, add your space details and bank info for payouts, complete a quick KYC, and publish. You can go live in minutes.

How do I delete my account?+

From Profile → Delete my account in the app, or see our Account & Data Deletion page. Your personal data is removed, subject to records we must keep for legal and tax reasons.
