Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your SimplyPark account and associated personal data at any time. There are two ways:
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
- Open the SimplyPark app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account under "Account actions".
- Confirm. Your account and personal data are removed.
Option 2 — By email
Email info@magnusglobalcorp.com from your registered email, or include your registered mobile number, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify and process the request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile (name, email, phone), saved vehicles, saved spaces, notification preferences, and search history are permanently deleted.
What may be retained
We may retain certain records for the period required by law — for example, transaction, invoice, and payout records needed for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention. These are kept only as long as legally required and are not used for any other purpose.
