- How do I get a refund? Cancel before 1 hour of your slot for a full refund; within 1 hour, 50% is refunded. Refunds are credited to your SimplyPark Wallet.
- Can I withdraw my Wallet balance? No โ the Wallet is for parking on SimplyPark only.
- How do I delete my account? See Account & Data Deletion.
- How do hosts get paid? Earnings are paid to your verified bank account added during onboarding.
